Goal #1   = 250, BMI = 34 (Obese) – MET 3/2012
Goal #2 = 240, BMI = 33 (Obese) – MET 5/2012

* Took 6 months focus off of weightloss to conquer emotional eating *
Goal #3 = 230  BMI = 32 (Obese) – MET 11/2013
*Start to incorporate exercise 3-5 days per week*

Goal #4 = 225, BMI = 31 (Obese) – Expected 11/2013
Goal #5 = 220, BMI = 30 (Obese) - Expected 12/2013
Goal #6 = 210, BMI = 29 (Overweight)- Expected 1/2014
